Raw Material Selection
Services are provided for careful selection and analysis of locally available raw materials. By- products from industry like fly ash, slag, stone dust etc. is incorporated into the offered formulations to make green building products. We also assist our customers in sourcing the lates1 additives from leading suppliers at special rates.
Brickvision Offers Complete engineering package comprises of Storage Silos, Hoppers, Bins, Structures, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Piping, Fire and Safety, Ventilation, Errection, Commissioning, Documentation and Lab set up. Drawings and specifications are provided for sourcing and manufacturing silos, storage tanks and structures locally if possible.
Our site engineer is delegated during the stage of Errection. Periodic site visits are made to ensure smooth progress of work up to commissioning stage. Once the plant is erected with raw materials in place the commissioning team comprising of the senior project engineer, Technologist and Automation engineer ensure that the plant is commissioned to the satisfaction of the customer. During this stage the customer is trained to run and operate the plant. Extended online services are provided for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
